June has brought a fresh burst of energy to Cheekymono, with the launch of The Curious Club, a special Summer Solstice Family Yoga session, exciting plans for July, and fresh inspiration in the studio. From colourful prints and Peruvian treasures to community connections and creative adventures, it’s all about embracing more colour, more joy and more thoughtful living.

May has been a month full of learning, sunshine and exciting new beginnings. From completing my Kids Yoga Teacher Training at Triyoga to teaching family yoga sessions on The Leas, planning Curious Club and preparing for new children's yoga classes, there's plenty to share as we look ahead to a busy summer.
