Thank you for visiting cheekymono and supporting our small, independent business. Every purchase helps support independent artistry, fair trade makers and the wider cheekymono community.
We want shopping with us to be simple, transparent and joyful. The information below outlines our delivery, returns and refund policies, so you know exactly what to expect. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch, we're always happy to help.
Shopping with us
Most cheekymono orders are lovingly packed and posted from Folkestone, Kent by Sara, in between school runs, lunchbox prep and everyday family life!
Some products, however, are fulfilled by trusted partners. For example, books are supplied through our friends at The Folkestone Bookshop, while certain apparel and made-to-order items may be shipped directly from specialist suppliers using a direct-to-consumer model.
Please refer to individual product pages for information on where your item will be dispatched from and estimated delivery times.
At present, we only offer standard delivery within the UK.
However, if you've fallen in love with something and you're based overseas, please do get in touch before placing your order. Depending on the item, we may be able to arrange international shipping or provide a bespoke quote.
As many of our products are handmade, personalised or fulfilled by trusted partners, international delivery isn't always possible, but we'll always do our best to help.

Whilst we always do our best to get your order to you quickly, please remember that cheekymono is a small business and some items are handmade or personalised.
Non-personalised items typically arrive within 5–7 working days, sometimes less.
Personalised or made-to-order items may take 10–15 working days but sometimes less.
Some products fulfilled by our trusted partners may have different lead times, which will be shown on the individual product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of Royal Mail or our delivery partners. Unfortunately, we cannot control postal delays, especially during busy seasonal periods, but we'll always do our best to help if something goes astray.
Please be patient while we work on your order. If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or you have any concerns, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help track it down.

We're mindful of our impact on the planet and try to use recycled and re-used packaging wherever possible. When a pre-loved box isn't available, we use recyclable envelopes and paper tape made from 100% recycled fibres.
We hope you'll love your order, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returning an item
We accept returns on unused, non-personalised products. To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned goods should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Personalised & handmade items
Due to their nature, personalised, made-to-order or bespoke items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not as described.
As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of their charm and make each piece wonderfully unique.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We carefully quality check every item before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can put things right.
