A huge thank you to everyone who came, browsed, and bought at the Sandgate Christmas Makers Market! It was such a lovely way to kick off the season.
Special thanks to everyone who shopped sustainably this Christmas; whether picking up stocking fillers, gifts for loved ones, little treats for homemade crackers, or my hand-painted baulbles to adorn your trees.

It was wonderful to share the market alongside other amazing local makers and creators: Original Folk, Vanessa Clark Arts and Kent Cosmologies. Your company made the day even more special!

Every single purchase helps support the children at Project Peru Refuge, allowing me to donate another week’s worth of care. The refuge’s Christmas appeal is still open if you’d like to donate independently. Your generosity helps provide community, opportunity, and joy to children with no future – sending students to university, nurturing the secret kitchen garden in the shanty towns, supporting the library, and offering workshops in theatre, music, dance, crafts, sports, and so much more.
This year, your support also helps distribute food parcels to those in greatest need and celebrate the Christmas fiestas with the children, local ‘third age’ community members who are alone, and local street children. None of these achievements would be possible without your continued generosity, gracias from the bottom of my heart.

Finally, all Christmas products are still available to shop online here. But my handmade baulbles aren’t online, so if you’d like one, please DM me. Today is the official last posting date for Christmas delivery, but if you’re local I’ll do my best to get your purchases to you ahead of the big day, just DM me to check!
My Christmas cards are also available in Sandgate Deli . A special thank you to them for hosting the pop-up and for being such a joy to work with. Their sandwiches and toasties kept me fuelled all day long! If you haven’t visited yet, they’re open Wednesday to Sunday and always have something interesting going on — from pop-ups and exhibitions to creative classes & yoga. Follow them on Instagram to see what’s coming up next. And if you’re a cheese lover… well, you’re in for a treat!

Thank you again for your amazing support – here’s to a joyful festive season and a hopeful, generous 2026! 🎄
