Little Yogis @St.Paul's – Autumn Term
Parent & child Yoga for pre-school children ages 2 – 4, 6 week Autumn term
Service Description
A fun, relaxed yoga class designed especially for preschoolers aged 2 to 4 and their grown-up. Each session combines playful yoga poses, movement, breathing, mindfulness, simple games, songs, stories and relaxation. Children and their grown-ups practise together on the mat, creating a lovely opportunity to move, connect and have fun. Classes are relaxed, welcoming and suitable for all abilities. There’s no expectation for little ones to sit still or get every pose “right”, sessions are designed to work with their natural curiosity, energy and imagination. Autumn Term 2026 Thursdays, 10.30–11.15am 10th, 17th & 24th September 1st, 8th & 15th October Choose how you'd like to book 6-Week Term — £40 Includes 1 child + 1 grown-up Best value — save £8 Join us for the full six-week term and save compared with booking individual classes. Your booking includes one child and one accompanying parent, guardian or carer at each session. Class sizes are kept small, and booking the full term reserves your child's place for the whole six-week block. Single Class — £8 Includes 1 child + 1 grown-up Can't commit to the full term? You can book an individual class instead, subject to availability. Your booking includes one child and one accompanying parent, guardian or carer, with both practising together on the mat. A little note for grown-ups These classes are designed for one child and one grown-up to practise together. Your involvement is an important part of the session, so you'll be encouraged to join in, move, play and relax alongside your child. If you'd like to bring more than one child, please get in touch before booking. You’re also welcome to bring a younger, pre-crawling sibling free of charge. There is space for a pushchair, or babies can lie on a blanket beside your mat. Please note that the class is designed for the older child and their grown-up to practise together, so this works best where younger babies are happy to rest or snooze during the session. About your instructor Sessions are led by Sara, a fully qualified yoga teacher with specialist training in children’s yoga. Classes are designed to be fun, supportive and accessible, helping children develop confidence, body awareness, mindfulness and a positive relationship with movement. All sessions are delivered with appropriate safeguarding, DBS and insurance requirements in place.
