Family Yoga & Sound Bath Fundraiser
Join us for a very special afternoon of gentle movement, calming sounds and family time, while raising funds for Sandgate Primary School PTA. 🌈
Sara from cheekymono and sound practitioner Giles Mountain will be bringing families together at St. Paul’s Church Hall in Sandgate for an afternoon designed to help everyone slow down, have some fun and experience something a little different. And if you’ve never tried yoga or a sound bath before, don’t worry — this is absolutely for you too!
What to expect
We’ll begin with an accessible, family-friendly yoga session led by Sara. This isn’t about perfect poses, touching your toes or being able to sit still for forty minutes. The yoga will be gentle, playful and adaptable, with options for different ages and abilities.
