Family Outdoor Yoga with Sara
Join Sara for fun, outdoor family yoga sessions with movement, breathwork, play, mindfulness, dance, song, and connection — with each other and the fresh air 🌞
These classes are all about enjoying time together in a relaxed, welcoming environment where children and adults can move, breathe, and explore yoga in a playful way.
Free introductory sessions available whilst Sara completes her children’s yoga teacher training.
About your teacher
Sara is a fully qualified 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher and is currently completing additional Yoga Alliance specialist training in children’s yoga. She holds an up-to-date DBS check.

Ticket for 1 Child & 1 Adult
I’m currently offering practice sessions for free while I build experience, thanks for helping and supporting me. NOTE: Every child needs to be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will also be required to take part in the class. If you want to attend with more than one child, this may be possible but please DM me to discuss :)
