After placing your order we'll make a start on customising your print.

We will be in touch via the email address you provide at checkout within 10 days with your digital artwork, ready for you to approve or request any changes before printing.

Once you approve the artwork, printing and postage should take approximately a further week.

You should allow approx 3 weeks for a complete turnaround. This can vary at busy periods. However, if you have a specific date you need an order for, please get in touch and depending on capacity most requests can be achieved.

Emails might find their way into junk/spam folders, so be sure to keep an eye out for your email with your artwork on. If approval emails aren’t responded to within 48 hours designs will be sent to print as they are without approval.

We are very particular about colour and quality and all artworks are checked when they come back from the printers before being sent out, however, please be aware that colour appearances on your computer, digital or mobile phone screens can vary slightly.

At Cheekymono we are concerned about plastic pollution. The materials we use to produce your orders have been carefully selected to reduce our impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your orders get to you in perfect condition.

From our sustainably sourced inkjet paper to the recyclable packaging envelopes and cardboard stiffeners and the paper tape made from 100% recycled fibres used to seal our envelopes, we are always taking steps to try and reduce our impact on the environment.
Once printed, all orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail, we provide FREE UK DELIVERY on all print orders.

One of our motivations for setting up Cheekymono was to try and support women and children from our ancestral motherland.

We do this by donating 5% of profits to charities that help support women and their families in Peru.

We also take care when sourcing our clothing and homeware to ensure that the artisans who make our products, usually women, are paid fairly and produce their crafts in good working conditions. We support Fairtrade factories and are against child labour and animal cruelty, working with our suppliers to ensure these practices are not used in the production of our products.
